Dr. Nischal P M, Founder, is a highly accomplished healthcare professional with 22 years of industry experience, specializing in medical communications for over 9 years. As the founder of Archiradhi Communications, he brings a passion for delivering impactful content and translating complex medical concepts into accessible and engaging messages.
With a background as a medical microbiologist, academician, assistant editor, and trusted news writer, he upholds the highest standards of quality and remains at the forefront of medical advancements.

Scientific Advisors
Dr.Sanjay Pai
Dr. Sanjay A. Pai, a pathologist, currently serves as Consultant Pathologist and Head of the Pathology Department at Manipal Hospital-Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore.
With an MBBS from Grant Medical College, Mumbai, and an MD from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, Dr. Pai has held key positions at Tata Memorial Hospital, Manipal Hospital (Bangalore), and Columbia Asia Referral Hospital.
He is a prolific author with numerous publications in esteemed medical journals and has served in editorial capacities for prestigious publications like the Indian Journal of Medical Ethics and the Indian Journal of Cancer.
Dr. Pai is also the Director (2022-2024) at the World Association of Medical Editors, demonstrating his commitment to advancing medical publishing standards.
Dr. S. Muralidharan
Dr. S. Muralidharan is an accomplished microbiologist currently serving as the Laboratory Director at the Quality Diagnostic Foundation, Brains Superspeciality Hospital in Bangalore, India.
He earned his MBBS degree from Mysore Medical College and later obtained an MD in Microbiology from Bangalore University.
With over 30 years of experience, he served as a Professor and Head of the Department at St. John's Medical College, Bangalore.
Dr. Muralidharan is an empanelled examiner for various universities, including MGR Medical University, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, and Calicut University. Additionally, he serves as an empanelled assessor for NABL, evaluating compliance with ISO 15189:2022 and NABH standards.
Alongside his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Muralidharan has contributed significantly to medical literature, with over 30 articles published in indexed, peer-reviewed medical journals.
